We work with many digital marketing agencies and advertising agencies. In fact a large percentage of our clients are, in fact agencies who need rush jobs printed for their clients. We are well aware of meeting deadlines and orders that need to be fulfilled in a couple of hours. Our president was previously a VP of an event planning firm, so these types of jobs come naturally for us.
We do not advertise and most of our clients are word-of-mouth. We’ve been blessed to receive many referrals from agencies and some of the largest have worked with us throughout the years.
Q: Do you do signage for events?
We offer many different types of signage, including neon signs, removable decals for floors, walls, doors or windows. We custom create displays, posters, postcards, large format work. We also install signage as well.
Q: What type of details do you need in order to generate a quote?
Please let us know all the specifications and details of the project as soon as you have them, so that our price quotes reflect exactly what is required. It’s important for us to have all the details on the initial discussion so as not to delay the quoting process. Please check with your client if needed to make sure of exact sizing, quantity, ink colors and material needed.
Often times, clients will call with only partial details and they have to go back to the client to clarify what the client needs. In situations where jobs need to be printed within hours, this can be a challenge. This is why we always ask for all the details ASAP so as not to delay production time after quoting. If details change after quoting, we can always investigate creating a new quote. But generally, having all the sizing, coloring and logistical details upfront will result in a job that is delivered much faster.
