We understand that the aesthetics of a cosmetics product is extremely important, where the message and the look of the product both need to match and both be equally effective in selling the product. Additionally, the cosmetics industry requires special care when printing cosmetic product labels to ensure that they meet very specific and particular specifications.

Often products are not flat, and require film materials that wrap around tubes or other rounded packaging, so that labels will lay permanently on the surface that is required. Without question, labels must withstand oils and moisture, because of the reality of product usage in bathrooms and other moisture rich environments. Cosmetics that are oil based, cream based, mineral based or water based all have protection placed on them so that they will last.

Wholesale Cosmetic Packaging

For wholesale cosmetic packaging, by using the flexographic printing process for cosmetic labels, we are able to match colors using the Pantone color matching system. Therefore, gold or silver or any metallic color is not a problem for us. We also offer the option of digital cosmetic labels printing printing, which can be completed within hours, including special cut out shapes, and/or decals.

It it is also possible to print on bright gold foil, dull gold foil, bright silver foil or dull silver foil. Hot stamping, embossing and cold foil printing are also available.

When it comes to adhesives for cosmetic label printing, we offer permanent adhesive or removable adhesive. Embossing, heat stamping and foil printing are additional processes that can yield unique looking results on superior quality labels.

Custom printed extended or expanded content labels for cosmetics are available as well, where coupons, and/or additional product information can be contained within the label.

Keep in mind that if same day cosmetic label printing is required, some options that are unavailable to print within hours. For instance, flexographic printing requires plates to be created for labels can be printed. This process takes several days to complete, whereas printing digital labels can be done in as little as one hour depending on how busy we are.

Cosmetic Labels Printing Paper Stock Options

All below options can be achieved through our same day cosmetic label printing service. Each of these types can be supplied on sheets, as individual labels or on rolls for machine applications. Adhesives can be permanent standard adhesive, re-positionable adhesive, extra strong tire adhesive or removable adhesive.

• Premium stock that is completely transparent without any frosted look
